Freshness
IPAs die in the warehouse. Show yours never did.
Hop aroma is the first thing a drinker loves about your beer and the first thing time takes away. Serialized batch codes turn the canned-on date from fine print into your loudest sales argument.
What hops lose, and how fast
Aroma fades first
The volatile compounds behind citrus, pine and tropical fruit degrade steadily from the day of canning, faster in heat and light. A hop-forward beer is a different product at day 20 than at day 120.
Drinkers already check
Craft drinkers hunt for canned-on dates and skip cans without one. A missing or coded date reads as something to hide.
Retail does not rotate for you
Once a pallet ships, shelf rotation is out of your hands. What you can control is whether the drinker can tell the difference.

How batch codes work
Register the canning run
Beer, date, can count, location. Takes thirty seconds in the dashboard.
Get a serialized code
Each run gets a unique code like MRJ-DO-2609-0412 and its own QR for the can or the case.
Drinkers verify with one scan
The code opens a verified batch page: canned-on date, batch size, and an honest freshness verdict based on the days elapsed.
