QR Beers

Terms of Service

Last updated: September 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of qrbeers.com, a service operated by Rojocuadrado LLC ("QR Beers", "we"). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

1. The service

QR Beers gives breweries pages for their brewery, beers and batches, printable QR codes that link to those pages, scan analytics, ratings, and subscriber capture. QR codes are re-pointable: the printed code stays stable while its destination can be changed from the dashboard.

We provide software, not beer, and we do not sell or distribute alcohol. The Alcohol & Content Disclaimer says more about what that means.

2. Age requirement

Consumer-facing pages describe alcoholic beverages. Our site policy requires visitors to be at least 21, regardless of location, and to meet any applicable local drinking-age requirements. You must be of legal age of majority to open a brewery account.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us immediately at hello@qrbeers.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Your content

Breweries keep ownership of the names, stories, images and data they upload. You grant us the license needed to host and display that content on your pages and in the catalog.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you publish and for its accuracy, including regulatory statements about your products. Health claims about alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the platform.

5. Subscriber lists

Contacts captured through your pages (email addresses and WhatsApp numbers) belong to your brewery. You are the data controller for that list: you are responsible for messaging those contacts lawfully, honoring opt-outs, and complying with the marketing rules that apply to you, including any restrictions on alcohol marketing in your jurisdiction. The Data-Use Addendum describes how we process that list on your behalf.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to mislead drinkers (including fake ratings or false batch information), to market to minors, to send spam, to infringe third-party rights, or to interfere with the operation of the platform. The Acceptable Use Policy sets this out in more detail and applies to every account and every visitor.

7. Plans and billing

The Free plan is free. Paid plans are billed as agreed at signup; we will always announce price changes before they affect you. If a paid plan ends, your pages and printed QR codes keep working at the Free plan's limits. The Billing Policy describes how charges, payment failures, and cancellation actually work today.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service fast and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may improve or change features over time; if a change materially reduces what you pay for, we will tell you first.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by writing to hello@qrbeers.com. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rojocuadrado LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rojocuadrado LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: hello@qrbeers.com.
