Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to everyone who uses qrbeers.com: brewery accounts publishing content, and visitors scanning codes, rating beers or leaving comments. It sets out what is not allowed, in addition to anything already covered in the Terms of Service.
1. For brewery accounts
Do not publish false or misleading information about a beer, a batch, or its origin — including fabricated ratings, inflated review counts, or a freshness date that misrepresents when a batch was actually canned.
Do not make health, medical or nutritional claims about alcohol, and do not target marketing at anyone under the legal drinking age. See the Alcohol & Content Disclaimer.
Do not upload content you do not have the rights to use, or that infringes someone else's trademark, copyright or likeness.
Do not use the subscriber list or the contact-request queue for anything other than communicating with people who asked to hear from your brewery, and do not sell, rent or hand that list to a third party.
2. For visitors
Do not submit fake, duplicate or bulk ratings or comments, or attempt to defeat the one-vote-per-device limit.
Do not post comments that are abusive, defamatory, spam, or unrelated to the beer being rated. A brewery may hide such a comment; QR Beers may remove it outright.
Do not scan, submit, or attempt to alter a QR code or batch code that was not issued to you, or attempt to forge one.
3. For everyone
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, the age gate, or other technical controls; probe, scan or overload the service; or scrape the catalog or subscriber data at scale.
Do not use the service to violate a law that applies to you, including alcohol-advertising and marketing rules in your jurisdiction.
4. Enforcement
We may remove content, hide a listing, or suspend an account when we reasonably believe this policy has been violated, with notice where practical. Repeated or serious violations can end an account outright. See the Terms of Service for how suspension and termination work.
5. Reporting a problem
If you see content that looks like it violates this policy — on a brewery page, in a comment, or anywhere else on the site — write to hello@qrbeers.com with a link and a short description.
6. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Rojocuadrado LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: hello@qrbeers.com.
